At Dog Friendly Co., we want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all items in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free of pet hair or debris.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
